Return

Due to hygiene purposes and in view of the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 7 days that your order is received.

Prior to dispatch, each product undergoes rigorous quality control and is assessed for any damage or faults to ensure the product is of a high standard.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered through PostNL.

Orders placed before 15:00 PM will be sent out the same day, orders after this time will be sent out the following working day.  All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you wish to pick up your order in Amsterdam South East, kindly send a message to +31612166686 after placing your order.

 

DEPOSIT

€15 deposit is due at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Your deposit will be applied to your choice of service.
The payment link can be found in the confirmation email (also in spam box)
The remaining balance can be paid in cash or through banktransfer

The full amount will be charged for clients who don't show up at the appointment without cancellation. You will not be able to book an appointment in the future if you don't follow this policy. 

COVID-19 POLICY

A mask is REQUIRED to be worn throughout the duration of your brow appointment.If you don't have a mask you can purchase it for €2.
Please do not arrive to your appointment earlier than scheduled time. The waiting area will not be available due to social distancing guidelines.
You MUST wash your hands upon arrival.
Please come to the appointment alone. Additional guests aren’t allowed unless they are receiving a service as well. NO EXCEPTIONS!


LATE COMING FEE

You will have a 5 min grace period after scheduled appointment time. Anything after 5 minutes is considered late and you will be charged a late fee of €10 to your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
*No refunds are issued for any service provided once you leave your appointment unless stated otherwise.

*If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. No negotiations. Please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments*
